It was with a normal level of nervousness that we appointed Riga to do the flooring in our newly constructed sunroom as we had not previously heard of your company. We need not to have worried. We are very happy that we made that decision. The floor looks fantastic. Your tradesmen were excellent and we found them to be friendly and very trustworthy. Ben installed the floor (10mm boards glued to concrete floor) and has done a great job providing character with the rustic design without it looking too "busy". He cleaned up after every day - vacuumed and packed his tools away. Steve did the sanding and final finish and was similarly excellent and a quality job. We were surprised how little dust the sanding created and the smell of the natural finish was negligible. Lynne your receptionist, was also vey prompt and efficient in responding to any queries we had. We would happily recommend Riga to anyone looking to have a timber floor installed. Please feel free to provide this letter to any potential client that may need reassurance.
